1. Eligibility
ZIP Code Homeowner Registry is for homeowners in the United States. When you register you certify that you own a home in the ZIP code you provide. Registering with a ZIP code where you do not own a home is a breach of these terms and may result in account removal.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. One account per household. You may update your ZIP code if you move.
3. Community conduct
Do not use your visibility into your ZIP code roster to harass, solicit, or contact neighbors without their consent. Accounts used for spam or harassment are removed without notice.
4. Data accuracy
Housing unit totals come from public US Census data and are provided for context only. Participation percentages are estimates and should not be relied on for financial or legal decisions.
5. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. No warranty
The registry is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of any figure shown.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use of the registry after an update means you accept the revised terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
