What we collect
We collect your email address, your 5-digit ZIP code, an optional display name, and your homeowner certification. We never ask for your street address.
Who can see your information
Your display name and join date are visible only to registered members of your own ZIP code. This is enforced at the database level — members of other ZIP codes cannot query your record. Your email address is never shown to other members.
How we use it
Your ZIP code is used to place you in a community and to calculate aggregate participation rates. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Your controls
You can edit your display name and ZIP code, or permanently delete your account and profile, at any time from profile settings. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Administrator access
A small number of platform administrators can see registered accounts, including email addresses and ZIP codes, in order to run the registry, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. Administrators do not sell, export, or share this information.
Email and service providers
We use our authentication provider to store your login credentials securely, and an email delivery provider to send account emails such as confirmations and password resets. These providers process your email address only to deliver those messages. We do not send marketing email.
Cookies and local storage
We store your sign-in session in your browser's local storage so you stay logged in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Data retention
We keep your profile for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your profile and login record are removed and your ZIP code participation count is reduced accordingly. Aggregate, non-identifying counts remain.
Children
The registry is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered members by email.
